Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the General Manager and oversee daily parking operations across locations. You will manage staffing, respond to inquiries, and ensure services meet contractual obligations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead teams, train staff in customer service and safety, and perform operational audits. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle cash operations

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills and ability to manage teams
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to lead workforce teams of both professional and front-line employees
• Experience with scheduling and operations management

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and oversee daily parking operations.
• Schedule team members and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries.
• Onboard, offboard and manage team performance.
• Ensure adherence to operational guidelines, security, cash control and customer service procedures.
• Train team members in customer service, safety, and inclusion.
• Prepare and conduct operational audits.
• Maintain systems operational 24/7.
• Set a positive and professional example for the workforce.
• Handle cash before, during, and after events.
