The Car Park is seeking a qualified leader to oversee multiple parking accounts and supervise a team of full-time and part-time staff. You will maintain client relationships, plan and implement parking strategies, and ensure safe, efficient operations across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years parking experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or related field preferred.
• 5 years of related experience including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee team members assisting daily parking operations, monitoring lots, dispatching, and hiring/training staff.
• Plan, develop, and administer on-street and off-street parking facilities and programs; participate in long-range planning.
• Recommend and implement policies; plan service improvements and establish required service levels.
• Select, assign, monitor, and guide staff in operations management.
• Submit budget recommendations and monitor expenditures; report variances to leadership.
• Promote safety and maintain audit controls within the unit.
• Project manage equipment installations, RFPs, facility improvements and operational enhancements.
