Job summary

The Car Park, LLC in Raleigh, NC is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and oversee multiple parking accounts. You will supervise full-time and part-time staff, maintain client relationships, and drive service excellence.

This leadership role requires strong planning, budgeting, safety compliance, and project management of equipment installations and facility improvements, focusing on reliable parking solutions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of parking experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Five years of related experience including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight to team members assisting with daily operations, monitoring lots, dispatching, and staff hiring/training.
• Plan and administer on-street and off-street parking facilities and programs with long-range planning.
• Recommend and implement policies, monitor budgets, and communicate variances to leadership.
• Select, assign, and guide staff managing operations.
• Submit budget recommendations and monitor expenditures.
• Promote safety and maintain audit controls within the unit.
• Project manage equipment installations, RFPs, and facility improvements.
