Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the financial, operational, safety, and service success across multiple market locations with guidance from the General Manager. You will drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure consistent execution of contracts and standards.

In this role you will maximize revenue, control expenses, plan staffing, and implement safety programs while delivering on client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of management experience required.
• Experience managing P&Ls.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations, accounts, or business units.
• Willing to travel daily/weekly to support operations.
• Parking/transportation/hospitality or related service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high client expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience developing leaders and managing teams across locations.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

• Oversee the financial, operational, safety, and service success of locations and service lines.
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct operational management teams.
• Maximize revenue, control expenses, and drive client satisfaction and safety.
• Ensure consistency and operational excellence across service lines and locations.
• Lead meetings and development of teams across the market.
• Support talent development, recruitment, and staffing plans.
• Plan openings and transitions of new locations within the market.
• Prepare budgets, analyze P&L, and identify improvement opportunities.
