ACE Parking is seeking a capable supervisor to support the management team in overseeing a team of workers responsible for keeping client facilities in top shape. You will supervise attendants, implement schedules, and ensure daily cash-handling procedures are accurate.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Supervise parking attendants and ensure duties are completed according to company standards.
• Assist with implementing work schedules and assignments.
• Oversee daily cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
• Hold team members accountable and provide regular performance feedback.
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the parking area.
• Contribute to development and implementation of park policies and procedures.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and safe parking.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
