Job summary

Diamond Parking is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations, ensuring customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and safety compliance. You will supervise site and area managers, drive revenue oversight, and support profitability while leading process improvements.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and policy documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access; familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned stations/facilities and ensure schedules meet coverage needs.
• Train associates in customer service, timekeeping, and safety protocols.
• Audit revenue collection and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Manage operating expenses and support profitability for locations.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll inquiries.
• Relate with customers, vendors, and internal teams; plan for improvements.
