LAZ Parking is seeking an Area Manager to support the Director of Operations with financial and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio, ensuring 24/7 professional parking management. We promote a servant-leadership culture and support our teams across locations to deliver exceptional service and growth.

The role emphasizes developing clients, maximizing revenue while controlling expenses, leading a team, and delivering comprehensive reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in Management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure business retention and increased revenue.
• Oversee and maximize customer satisfaction, manage expenses, and maintain high service standards.
• Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees, identifying high-potential staff.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly financial and operational reports, including budget preparation and monthly profit/loss reviews.
• Plan and execute the opening of new locations.
• Serve as a liaison with parking patrons, stakeholders, local police, and emergency management teams.
• Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements within contractual agreements with clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
