Job summary

LAZ Parking Chicago, LLC in Chicago, IL seeks an Operations Manager to oversee financials and 24/7 parking operations for multiple locations. You will partner with the General Manager, drive revenue, manage expenses and deliver exceptional service across the portfolio.

The role requires leading Facilities Managers and Assistants, monitoring budgets, analyzing performance, and implementing home-office programs to support growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a management role in commercial/hospitality settings.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and support business retention.
• Oversee revenue, expenses and customer satisfaction across locations.
• Lead, direct and develop a team of employees to meet goals.
• Prepare budgets and monthly profit/loss reviews by location.
• Plan opening of new locations within portfolio and ensure contractual compliance.
