Job summary

LAZ Parking in San Diego, CA is seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to oversee operations for assigned locations under the Facilities Manager, ensuring 24/7 professional parking management and alignment with our home office programs.

You will lead and develop teams, coordinate payroll and scheduling, monitor budgeting and revenue, build client relationships, and drive initiatives across operational reporting and new location openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in management or supervisory role.
• Experience leading a 10-20 person team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing location teams to meet goals and initiatives.
• Identify high-potential employees to support growth.
• Support payroll processing and time entry in payroll system.
• Ensure wage and hour compliance with HR.
• Open and ramp up new locations with operational setup.
• Produce monthly financial and operational reports.
