Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Operations Manager to support the General Manager with financial and operational oversight across a portfolio in the Chicago area. You will work to maximize revenue, control costs, and ensure top-tier service for multiple locations.

In this role you will lead teams, coordinate with clients, and drive successful openings of new sites while upholding LAZ Parking’s culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Management role in Commercial/Hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and drive business retention.
• Maximize revenue and control expenses while ensuring top service levels.
• Assist with business development, proposals, and transitions for new locations.
• Lead and develop teams while embodying LAZ Parking culture.
• Plan openings of new locations within portfolio.
• Prepare budgets and monthly profit/loss reviews by location.
• Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements.
• Produce regular financial and operational reports.
• Coordinate facilities managers and supervisors within CBAs.
