Responsibilities

• Promote a safety‑first workplace and lead front‑line leaders and production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using Parker Lean System, Team Improvement Boards, and high‑performance teams.
• Develop talent via cross‑training and the Skill Matrix.
• Accountable for team engagement and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other value streams, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to achieve zero defects.
• Resolve escalated manufacturing issues and prioritize resources.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and expectations.
• Monitor capacity and capability with planning tools and performance reviews.
• Work within the collective bargaining agreement with union leadership.
