Job summary

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, coaching across levels, and the ability to travel up to 50% to advance the Lean Journey Assessment and cost-improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Seven+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, Lean, operations or manufacturing engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coaching across all levels.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technology, productivity and quality metrics, and planning systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parker Lean System adoption and implementation division-wide.
• Develop robust Lean Future State Strategy across sites.
• Ensure PDCA culture and Lean journey progression; support Kaizen events.
• Provide technical and operational recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Lead cost-improvement initiatives and cross-site collaboration.
