Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to manage plant value streams, implement Parker Lean systems, and drive safety, quality and cost improvements. You will lead daily operations, develop associates, and coordinate across shifts under the Value Stream Manager.

The role emphasizes Lean methods, PDCA, continuous improvement, and teamwork to deliver on-time products while reducing inventories and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and strong communication skills.
• LEAN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant value stream(s) daily operations and continuous improvements.
• Develop associates, perform employment decisions and performance assessments.
• Oversee safety, quality, cost, inventories and lead times.
• Collaborate with groups to implement PDCA and standardized work.
• Maintain a visually controlled environment and drive team empowerment.
