Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Seven or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and coaching across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parker Lean System adoption and implementation division-wide.
• Develop Lean Future State Strategy and PDCA culture across sites.
• Support Kaizen events and Lean Leaders through coaching and meetings.
• Coordinate division-wide standardization of processes and PFMEA deployment.
• Lead cost-improvement initiatives and cross-site collaboration to meet goals.
