Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to direct one or more plant value streams under the Business Unit Manager. The role focuses on Lean system implementation, safety, quality, cost reduction, and schedule achievement.

You will develop associates, make employment decisions, and drive performance through PDCA cycles while coordinating with multiple shifts to ensure rapid decisions and standardized work. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills; promote safety and positive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements across supply chain and manufacturing priorities.
• Oversee team development, performance assessments and employment decisions.
• Ensure standardized work, safety, 5S and lean principles are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-shift teams to achieve continuous product flow and level workload.
• Develop future state value stream maps and manage improvement boards.
