Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and rotate team members for ergonomic benefit.
• Coordinate activities to meet cost goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Cross-train production employees across various operations.
• Provide technical, quality and production leadership to the team.
• Lead continuous improvements to assembly and processes for assigned products.
• Perform administrative duties to support the business, such as ensuring labels and forms are available.
• Be able to work outside regular shift hours to set up production lines.
• Mentor and motivate the team in safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Handle diverse activities simultaneously with strong communication and teamwork.
