Job summary

Parker Hannifin, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, seeks a senior leader to drive overall operation of a value stream, implement Parker Lean, and lead a capable workforce. You will manage budgets, associate development, and strategic planning to maximize profitability while ensuring safety and quality.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, cost optimization, and on-time performance across daily, monthly, and yearly horizons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 8–10 years of major professional accomplishments with leadership of projects and teams.
• P&L ownership experience required.
• Experience in accounting, manufacturing, inventories, and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Team Leaders and associates, oversee Value Stream operations.
• Oversee cost analysis, product line margin, PPV goals, and manufacturing productivity.
• Lead Lean implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with off-shift management and ensure safe, compliant operations.
