Located in Erie, Pennsylvania, Parker Lord leads the HCL Value Stream at Parker Hannifin. The role oversees operational execution and performance for a $150M annual sales operation, 115 team members across three shifts, and ensures safety, delivery, quality, and cost KPIs. The position is ITAR‑restricted and complies with DOT and FAA testing regulations.

Required Work Experience

Minimum 8 years manufacturing experience; 6 years in leading teams or complex projects, preferably in operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree with strong mechanical aptitude and process knowledge.

Preferred

• Master’s degree or technical discipline degree.
• General knowledge of Rubber‑to‑Metal manufacturing processes.

Languages

English (written and verbal).
