The role emphasizes process improvement, team leadership, labor forecasting, procurement, safety compliance, and data-driven decision making using BrightPath, Power BI, and other company systems. Bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in landscape or business.
• 7+ years in construction or landscaping.
• 2–3 years of management experience in landscape/service.
• Pesticide license preferred.
• MS Office suite and company systems experience.
• Experience with mobile apps for field work.
• English and Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Team-oriented leadership ability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead staff development and performance evaluations.
• Forecast labor needs and manage budgetary targets.
• Manage procurement and inventory.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management.
• Track KPIs and report to Branch Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with departments.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and jobsite quality.
