Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive efficiency, safety, and customer service. You will manage staff, resources, and workflows, ensuring execution of financial and operational targets while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and company systems such as FSM, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls.
• Experience with mobile applications and field communications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to foster a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Forecast labor and manage budgets to meet targets.
• Source products and manage inventory to avoid overstocking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety documentation.
• Track KPIs and report operational performance to leadership.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support excellent customer service and site quality.
