BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Ruskin, FL seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, lead staff, manage resources, and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance. Responsible for achieving financial targets and facilitating excellent customer service.

The role requires 7+ years in landscaping/construction, 2–3 years in management, and ability to coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in landscape or business field (or equivalent).
• 7 years in construction/landscaping industry.
• 2–3 years management in landscape/service.
• Qualified Applicator License preferred.
• MS Office suite and company systems (FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR).
• Mobile app experience and photo capture."
• Fast-paced environment experience.
• Bilingual EN/ES preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Team-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to boost productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Supervise and develop staff, conduct evaluations, and foster a positive environment.
• Create weekly/monthly labor planner; monitor expenses; align with targets.
• Source products, manage inventory, ensure timely vendor deliveries.
• Ensure safety compliance; conduct audits; maintain safety docs.
• Track KPIs; report challenges; use BrightPath/Power BI for decisions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and jobsite quality.
• Lead operational projects; ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Oversee staffing, equipment, and future capacity planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute strategies.
