Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive efficiency, safety, and customer service while meeting financial targets.

You will supervise staff, manage resources, and coordinate with departments to implement process improvements, labor planning, procurement, and performance reporting using BrightPath and Power BI. The role supports growth and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a landscape or business-related field, or equivalent experience in a service-based industry
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industry
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as company systems such as FSM, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls.
• Experience with mobile applications, including retrieving email, accessing and using mobile applications, taking, and sharing pictures
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to create and foster a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
• Lead staff, training, and performance evaluations
• Execute weekly and monthly labor planning, monitor expenses, and allocate resources
• Source products from vendors and manage inventory levels
• Ensure operations comply with regulations and safety standards
• Track KPIs and report using BrightPath, Power BI, and CPQ tools
• Maintain high standards of customer service and jobsite quality
• Lead and coordinate operational projects to support branch growth
• Plan for future resource needs and staffing
• Collaborate across departments and with external vendors/clients
