Job summary

Sky Zone in Evanston, IL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution and a high-energy team. You will supervise team leads, coach in real time, and support hiring, onboarding, and training to keep guests engaged and safe from check-in to check-out.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced guest-facing setting, strong communication, scheduling savvy, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-facing settings such as hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success: supervise leads and frontline staff; coach in real time.
• Own Shift Flow and Operational Efficiency: manage staffing, guest flow, inventory, cleanliness; support labor strategy.
• Deliver Guest Experiences That Wow: ensure a welcoming, safe check-in to check-out; handle guest recovery when needed.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards: conduct safety walkthroughs and uphold brand standards.
