Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking an Operations Manager to keep the park in motion and inspire teams. You will lead daily execution, supervise Team Leads, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction from check-in to checkout.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own shift flow, labor strategy, and training initiatives while delivering exceptional experiences during high-volume events and parties. This is a hands-on leadership role at a high-energy park.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-facing industries such as entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong communication and in-the-moment coaching.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and production goals.
• Hands-on leadership style with willingness to jump in.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, scheduling tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and team success.
• Supervise team leads and frontline staff on scheduled shifts.
• Own shift flow, staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with General Manager on labor strategy and safety.
• Deliver guest experiences and manage guest recovery.
• Support events and high-volume guest flow in a fast-paced park.
• Uphold safety and brand standards; lead by example.
