Job summary

Sky Zone Schaumburg seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee park operations under the General Manager, ensuring a safe, fun guest experience and driving park revenue. You will lead by example, coaching staff and maintaining a welcoming culture.

You will train and supervise Team Members, schedule staff, and coordinate events while upholding safety standards and a high-energy guest experience. This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and POS systems.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead park operations under the General Manager and ensure a safe, memorable guest experience.
• Train, coach, and supervise Team Members; hire and schedule staff.
• Drive park revenue through membership sales, events, and excellent service.
• Maintain safety compliance and partner with corporate on facility improvements.
