Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution and supervise frontline teams. You will coach in real time, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a supervisory role, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling and operational systems. Evening/weekend availability is required for peak periods.

Formación

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience leading teams.
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑facing environments such as hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily execution and supervise team members to build accountability and energy.
• Oversee shift flow, staffing, guest movement, inventory, and cleanliness.
