Job summary

Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution and teams with energy and care. You’ll supervise frontline staff, coach in real time, and support hiring and training efforts to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on safety, brand standards, and smooth operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a compensation range and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, guest-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leads and frontline team members during shifts.
• Coach in real time to build a culture of accountability, energy, and care.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of staff.
• Oversee daily park execution: staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with GM on labor strategy, scheduling and safety procedures.
• Respond to real-time challenges to keep operations smooth.
