Job summary

Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, LLC, seeks a hands-on Team Lead to run shifts across Sales, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will lead from the floor, coach teammates, and act as Manager on Duty when leaders are away, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with supervisory experience and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic tech proficiency with POS systems and MS Office; quick to learn new tools.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, organized, and eager to grow into higher responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate and coach others.
• Curiosity about how daily operations connect to shift flow, guest experience, and safety.
• Hands-on, team-first mindset; proactive and prepared to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor and set the tone for the team across departments.
• Step in as MOD when senior leaders are not on-site; maintain guest experience and safety.
• Coach team members, delegate tasks, and ensure operational flow.
• Drive sales and guest engagement through WOW service standards.
• Oversee rotational leadership roles in Sales/Service, Parties/Events, and F&B/Facilities.
• Ensure safety, food/beverage standards, and park cleanliness throughout shifts.
