Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, seeks a District Installation Manager to lead installation operations across the assigned district in the United States. You will drive strategy, align field, sales and service teams, and ensure profitable project execution with strong focus on safety and customer service.

You will develop district plans, manage P&L, and build high-performing teams while delivering on national accounts and local growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience (operations and sales) in the electronic security or related industry.
• Experience in managing a district/regional markets with multiple locations.
• P&L management experience at a district level.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking and execution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing labor spend as a percentage of revenue.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving with an ability to determine effective solutions for customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other company systems/tools i.e. ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed through conventional means.
• Ability to perform occasional lifting, intermittent standing and sitting for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the district install/operations business plan.
• Leads district team and ensure connectivity between sales, installation and service functions.
• Coordinates between sales, district field and national account operations for projects.
• Owns profitable business practices within branches aligned with leadership.
• Oversees overall P&L performance, metrics and budget of branches and city markets.
• Ensures leadership has tools, metrics and understanding to achieve staff effectiveness.
• Controls costs in tech labor, sub-contractors, overhead, overtime and scoping.
• Drives DSO metrics and manages Accounts Receivable for the district.
• Ensures safety program compliance within field operations.
• Implements standardized labor planning and staffing processes.
• Develops high performing leadership teams and bench strength.
• Drives training and performance improvement plans.
• Improves processes for customer quality and branch efficiency.
• Maintains company property and adheres to safety requirements.
• Provides performance feedback and conducts annual reviews.
• Keeps professional knowledge up to date through education and benchmarking.
• Other duties as assigned.
