Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to architect a high-performing branch team delivering world-class pest management services. You will lead after a 90‑day training period, travel for branch visits, and relocate within the division for advancement.

You’ll drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure compliance with laws and policies while managing the P&L. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a historic, industry‑leading company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven success driving revenue for a home services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• 5–7 years: multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5–7 years: P&L responsibility and expense control understanding.
• 5–7 years: customer relations experience and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices ~25% of the time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and balance expenses with growth investments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies for vehicles.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate, and coach staff.
• Drive sales initiatives and identify cost savings.
