Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to build a high-performing team delivering world-class pest management services. You will drive revenue, manage P&L, and mentor the branch staff to uphold exceptional service standards.

Expect 25% travel, potential relocation within division for advancement, and a strong leadership mindset to foster a winning culture with industry-leading support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Field-based work with route-based assignments and travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel 25% of the time for branch visits.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and embrace feedback.
• Drive revenue growth; supervise daily activities and hold teams accountable.
• Manage P&L and invest strategically in growth while controlling expenses.
