Job summary

Orkin seeks an Operations Manager / People Leader to build and lead a high-performing branch team, driving world-class service for a trusted global pest control leader with 120+ years of experience.

You will relocate within the division as needed, travel up to 25%, and own revenue growth, people development, and compliance. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, plus a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven revenue growth in a Home Services setting.
• Obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Able to manage route-based field work independently.
• 5–7 years multi-operational or sales management.
• P&L responsibility with expense control expertise.
• Customer relations experience.
• Experience with P&L and business processes.
• Operations or sales management with results-driven background.
• Proven profitable growth.
• Mentoring and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch after 90-day training.
• Travel to branches 25% of the time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and embrace feedback.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing margins.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach.
• Drive sales initiatives and results.
• Identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring and promotions.
• Promote positive employee relations and high morale.
• Maintain technical pest management knowledge.
