Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to guide a branch into a high-performing team delivering world-class pest control services for a trusted industry leader established in 1901. The role emphasizes leadership, growth, and operational excellence across a dynamic market.

The position requires strong revenue focus, P&L oversight, and talent development, with up to 25% travel and potential relocation within the division to pursue higher opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven revenue growth in home services.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• 5–7 years in multi-operational or sales management with a results-driven company.
• P&L responsibility and expense control experience.
• Demonstrated customer relations experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, motivating and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel 25% for branch office visits.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while controlling expenses.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies for vehicles.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach staff.
• Drive sales initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring and promotions.
