Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager and People Leader to build a high-performing branch team delivering world-class pest management services for a trusted national brand.

You will lead operations after a 90-day training, travel 25% for field visits, and mentor staff while managing a P&L to drive revenue and profitability across the division. This role offers a clear path toward regional leadership and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• 5–7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5–7 years: P&L accountability and expense control experience.
• 5–7 years: Customer relations and business process experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after completing 90 days of training.
• Travel 25% of the time for branch office visits.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and motivate the team through daily activities and accountability for results.
• Showcase operational skills with P&L management and strategic growth investments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and vehicle policies.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach employees.
• Drive sales initiatives and measurable results.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring, promotions, succession planning, and performance decisions.
• Promote positive employee relations and uphold operating standards.
• Maintain industry knowledge in pest, termite, sales and operational management.
