Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner in North Richland Hills, TX. You will lead a drive-in team, oversee daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction while managing costs and compliance. This exempt role requires strong leadership and hands-on operational oversight.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets and schedules, and implement local marketing initiatives. Expect long hours, high responsibility, and a focus on safety and guest service.

Formación

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage and coach assistants/managers.
• Oversee employee compensation per company guidelines.
• Supervise all drive-in operations to ensure guest excellence.
• Manage opening/closing duties and guest/employee issues.
• Plan, forecast, and control food, labor, and inventory costs.
• Lead regular team meetings to ensure standards and service.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and performance actions.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and vendor performance.
