Sonic Drive-In in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead and manage the drive-in’s operations and employees. This exempt, high-responsibility role reports to the Market Supervisor and drives guest satisfaction, sales, and brand standards.

Key duties include hiring and training, managing costs, ensuring compliance with laws, directing opening/closing, handling guest and employee concerns, and maintaining records and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, QSR preferred.
• Experience leading shifts without supervision.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and supervise managers and employees.
• Control labor, food, and inventory costs to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and manage opening/closing duties.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with laws.
