The GM will recruit and develop staff, manage costs, oversee marketing efforts, and ensure adherence to company policies and laws while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Education required: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and manage staff.
• Manage compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Supervise all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee opening and closing duties.
• Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly.
• Address employee issues and conflicts effectively.
• Plan and forecast food, labor, and inventory to control costs.
• Lead regular team meetings on standards and service.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
• Develop plans for local marketing and performance improvement.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and property.
• Manage vendor performance and compliance with policies.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness per standards.
• Attend regularly as required; perform other duties as needed.
• Perform station duties when necessary (fountain, grill, drive-thru, etc.)
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
