SONIC Drive-In in Texas is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and drive the store’s performance. You will be responsible for the overall success of the drive-in, from staff development to financial results and guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee staffing, inventory, guest service, and local marketing, while upholding company standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Leading, training, and developing Team Members, Carhops, Skating Carhops, and managers
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure company standards are met
• Enforcing policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures
• Creating work schedules and managing staffing levels
• Monitoring inventory and placing product orders
• Hiring and training team members and members of the management team
• Handling guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Driving local marketing efforts and growing sales
