Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD) to lead in-office operations, scheduling oversight, and staff development. The role partners with the Operating Director to ensure exceptional client care and smooth daily operations across offices.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting reviews, handling client escalations, and maintaining quality care. A strong collaborator with growth potential as Cornerstone expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management or operations leadership.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Healthcare/home care leadership experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-office operations and scheduling oversight.
• Coach and develop staff; uphold Cornerstone standards.
• Onboard and train new office managers.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching.
• Oversee client care quality and response to escalations.
• Back up client assessments when the OD is unavailable.
• Ensure state-required supervisory visits where applicable.
