Cornerstone Caregiving in Gainesville, TX is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD) to serve as the Operating Director’s second-in-command. You will lead in-office operations, oversee scheduling, support staff development, and maintain high-quality client care and compliance with company policies.

You will coach and coach staff, conduct weekly check-ins, and manage a fast-paced environment as Cornerstone expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting needs throughout the day.

Responsabilités

• Oversee scheduling operations to ensure timely coverage and an excellent client experience.
• Respond to client escalations with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
• Conduct check-up calls, quality visits, and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and care continuity.
• Ensure state-required supervisory visits are completed (as applicable).
• Serve as a backup for client assessments when the Operating Director is unavailable.
