Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Mississippi is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD), a key leadership role and second-in-command to the Operating Director. This position leads in-office operations, scheduling oversight, and staff development to ensure exceptional client care.

You will partner with office leadership, conduct weekly check-ins, support onboarding, and handle client escalations while maintaining compliance and a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-office operations and scheduling oversight.
• Coach, mentor, and oversee staff performance.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins and performance reviews.
• Oversee client care quality and satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding steps and staff development.
• Ensure documentation aligns with policies and state requirements.
