Cornerstone Caregiving in Utah is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD), a key leadership role and the second-in-command to the Operating Director. You will lead in-office operations, oversee scheduling, support staff development, ensure client care quality, and communicate with Home Base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience in healthcare or home care industry.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting needs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee in-office operations and scheduling, ensuring timely coverage.
• Lead, coach, and support office staff; reinforce standards and culture.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee administrative workflow including payroll notes and shift verification.
• Maintain documentation in line with Cornerstone policies and state requirements.
