Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office. You will own board materials, drive operating rhythms, and shape how AI is used to run company operations.

The role collaborates with Product, GTM, Finance, and Eng, supporting leaders from individual contributors to executives. The position requires 5+ years in program management or chief of staff roles, with a systems-thinking mindset and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize inputs from executives into clear artifacts.
• Experience influencing peers and executives without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs and annual planning processes.
• Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days and executive updates.
• Own end-to-end preparation of board materials and reporting metrics.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board and executive reporting across teams.
• Drive the company operating rhythm (WBR, QBR, OKR tracking) and improve cadence.
• Manage special projects and AI-enabled workflows to automate recurring tasks.
