Fivetran in Oakland is seeking a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office. You will own leadership forums, calendars, and the execution of board and ELT materials.

You will partner with stakeholders across Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering to design agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-through, ensuring alignment and timely closure.

This is a full-time role with Hybrid work: two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
