• 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs.
• Support annual planning with coordinated inputs from department leaders.
• Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days with pre-reads and facilitation materials.
• Synthesize inputs into a decision-ready artifact for leadership.
• Own end-to-end preparation of board materials with Finance and department leaders.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board and executive reporting metrics.
• Drive the company's operating rhythm with Weekly BI Reviews, QBRs, and OKR tracking.
• Track executive actions to closure and remove blockers.
• Improve cadence by reducing low-signal meetings and duplicative cadences.
• Special Projects: frame, charter, and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• AI-Enabled Company Operations: build and maintain AI workflows to automate recurring tasks.
