Fivetran in New York is seeking a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office, owning board materials and shaping the operating rhythm across Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, cross-functional leadership, and strategic planning in a hybrid environment with time in the Denver area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy or chief of staff roles.
• Systems thinker who designs processes others can run without you.
• Owner mentality with high tolerance for ambiguity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with data—spreadsheets, ad hoc analysis, and translating results into recommendations.
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail.
• Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential information.
• Use conversational AI systems to research, author, review, and synthesize artifacts.
• Build repeatable AI workflows rather than one-off drafting.
• Evaluate AI output critically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs with a clear narrative.
• Coordinate inputs from department leaders into aligned goals and plans.
• Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days with topic selection and materials.
• Synthesize inputs into a decision-ready artifact (doc/model/deck).
• Own end-to-end board materials preparation with data and leadership alignment.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board and executive reporting metrics.
• Drive the operating rhythm: Weekly Business Reviews and OKR tracking.
• Track executive action items and remove blockers.
• Improve cadence by identifying duplicative or low-signal meetings.
• Lead cross-functional Special Projects from framing to delivery.
• Structure new work with charter, success measures, and timeline.
• Drive projects to outcomes without formal authority; hand off when needed.
• Build and maintain AI workflows to automate recurring operations.
• Prototype, measure impact, and retire ineffective processes.
• Document and share reusable AI workflows; set guardrails for data quality.
