Fivetran is seeking a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office. You will own the mechanics behind board materials, build and maintain an operating rhythm, and shape how AI is used to streamline company operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles, supporting stakeholders at all levels, up to executives.
• Ability to design processes that others can run without you.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with tailoring for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation of board materials with data and narratives for ELT review.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board and exec reporting metrics.
• Drive the operating rhythm: Weekly Business Reviews, QBRs, and OKR tracking; flag issues early.
• Track executive action items and remove blockers with cross-functional teams.
• Improve cadence by identifying duplicative or low-signal rituals and proposing changes.
• Take ownership of ambiguous cross-functional initiatives with clear charters and timelines.
• Build AI workflows to automate recurring operational tasks and document reusable approaches.
