Job summary

Fivetran, in Philadelphia, seeks a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office. You will design and manage executive forums, board materials, and ELT strategy days, ensuring decisions are captured and followed through across Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering.

You’ll partner with the COO Office to drive cross-functional initiatives, optimize leadership cadence, and build scalable processes for senior leadership alignment. Hybrid work includes two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles, supporting stakeholders at all levels, up to senior executives.
• Experience designing agendas, pre-reads, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-through for executive/board forums.
• Able to work with data, run ad-hoc analysis, and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated calendar of executive forums, planning cycles, and decision points.
• Lead end-to-end board materials preparation, partner with Finance on data, and manage ELT review cycles.
• Support ELT Strategy Days: topic selection, agendas, pre-reads, and capture of decisions with owners.
• Run weekly ELT meetings: topics, agendas, materials, and follow-through on actions.
• Engage SLT to align across functions and keep leadership informed.
• Drive strategic initiatives from framing to delivery with 20% buffer for unplanned work.
• Use AI tools to author, review, and synthesize operational narratives and updates.
