Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office in our Oakland hybrid office. You will own leadership forums, board material prep, and ELT/SLT cadence, connecting decisions to action across product, GTM, and finance.

You'll design agendas, capture decisions, and drive follow-through, with 5+ years in senior operations roles. Expect broad cross-functional collaboration and a path to broader facilitation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles, supporting stakeholders at all levels, up to senior executives.
• Demonstrated ownership of executive or board-level forums: designed agendas, produced pre-reads, captured decisions, and follow-through.
• Credible in the room with senior leaders, with growth into leading executive forums.
• Systems thinker who designs reusable processes.
• Owner mentality with ambiguity; defines problems and drives outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Data-focused; comfortable with spreadsheets and ad-hoc analysis to support recommendations.
• Experience with program management tools and running multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated calendar of executive forums, planning cycles, and decision points.
• Improve rhythm by removing duplication and low-signal cadences.
• Ensure each forum has a clear purpose, owner, inputs, and decisions.
