Job summary

Fivetran seeks a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office in New York. You will design and run leadership forums, board materials, and ELT cadences, turning inputs into action with clear owners and timelines.

You'll work across Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering, building structure for complex initiatives and driving firm decisions to completion in a hybrid NYC environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management or chief of staff roles with senior executives.
• Ability to design agendas, pre-reads, and capture decisions for board forums.
• Strong written and verbal communication; credible with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the executive rhythm of the business including forums and decision points.
• Lead board materials preparation, data storytelling, and ELT reporting cadence.
• Run quarterly ELT Strategy Days and ensure follow-through on decisions.
• Facilitate weekly SLT meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
